Why it was banned
Boon Lin Ngeo's 2011 book arguing from a Christian perspective that homosexuality is acceptable, banned in Malaysia under the Printing Presses and Publications Act 1984 for promoting homosexuality. The ban was challenged in court and upheld by Malaysia's Court of Appeal in a 2:1 majority decision in 2024.
